 Founder of the present business Shri Himmatlal P. Patel was associated

        

with a company as a Manager,who have very first time manufactured

        

Saccharin in India before 1950 at Mumbai.

        

Thereafter he has promoted Saccharin manufacturing partnership company

        

in 1975 at Mumbai.

        

In 1986,Shree Vardayini Chemical Ind. Pvt Ltd. was founded at GIDC,

        

Ankleshwar as a family concern, Shri Himmatlal P. Patel as a Chairman

        

and Managing Director of the company with his more than 40 years of

        

experience in the line with highest integrity and business ethics

        

which have been kept alive at present by their two-son- Shri Hasmukh

        

H. Patel and Shri Dinkar H. Patel.

        

The present business is run with the internal blessing of our family
